Raw Honey

harvested in small batches from our family farm in the foothills of alberta.

each jar comes from a single colony, gathered in a single season, keeping the flavour true to the land and the moment it was made. we don’t blend across hives or fields — the character you taste is the natural expression of that hive’s forage.

our honey is lightly filtered and never heated, preserving its aroma, enzymes, and the subtle variations that make each harvest distinct. this is honey in its most honest form: unaltered, traceable, and crafted with care.
